Dear Customers, We are operating as follows:
Salt Collections Drop in orders
As of Monday 4th October the office is open for drop in collections of water softener salt. We have changed our opening hours and now close for lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Please avoid this unless you have already prebooked your order.
We ask you to respect any staff that may be in the office. If they choose to serve you it is at their discretion.
Salt Collections Click & Collect Orders
Salt collections can be booked online on the main Willis & Ainsworth website. Currently same day collections are not available through the online store although the store will let you put it through. All order correspondence will be automated through emails. Please check your emails (particularly your junk folder) for the order confirmation. On the day of collection you will get another email before our collection slot begins to notify you of your collection point.

Salt Deliveries
During this time we will continue to be able to deliver salt. This can take up to 10 working days. Orders can be placed over the phone or online via our sister company www.thesaltshop.co.uk. Orders will be delivered to your property and placed outside your garage or door as instructed. We request that these delivery instructions are given at the time of order. At this challenging time, if you need special assistance unfortunately we may be unable to help as normal so please call the office to discuss further.
