Delivery Policy
Orders will be delivered within 10 working days following receipt of the order by the Company. Orders placed after 11:00AM will be processed the following working day.
All orders are delivered on our own vehicles. We will not take 25KG bags up or down steps/ladders due to the driver's safety. Please ensure you order 10Kg bags if you have 3 or more steps where you'd like the salt delivered.
If you are you are unlikely to be around for delivery please leave delivery instructions in the comments section when placing your order.
If you would like delivery on a specific day, please detail your request in the order comments section of the payment page and will we do our very best to meet your requirement without further charge, please note this is not always possible.
Occasionally stocks of materials might be low on certain items. The Company will inform the you, as soon as possible, of any delays.
Please note we do not book orders in for delivery. If you are not available to receive delivery we can leave the order in a suitable location. Please leave this information in the notes section.

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:30PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is our only shipping method. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for delivery.

All orders are delivered on our own vehicles. With our own drivers. If you are not in to receive delivery it will be left in a suitable location unless otherwise stated in your delivery notes.
Notification of delivery will happen by email or text on the day of delivery. Deliveries will be made between 7:00 AM & 6:00 PM. Please leave notes to request delivery information if you'd like a call before delivery.
Refunds Cancellations and Returns Policy
Cancellations and changes to any orders must be made and received by the Company before Materials are dispatched. Full refunds can only be made if your order is cancelled 24 hours before the Materials are due to leave the Company’s yard.
Refunds may be given for Materials at the discretion of the Company. These will be subject to a deduction for haulage costs incurred to and from the destination.
Should Materials be returned due to unsuitable access or because the Customer has ordered the incorrect Materials a restocking charge of £45.00 per single item of Materials will be payable by the Customer to the Company.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
