Refunds Cancellations and Returns Policy

Cancellations and changes to any orders must be made and received by the Company before Materials are dispatched.  Full refunds can only be made if your order is cancelled 24 hours before the Materials are due to leave the Company’s yard.

Refunds may be given for Materials at the discretion of the Company.  These will be subject to a deduction for haulage costs incurred to and from the destination.

Should Materials be returned due to unsuitable access or because the Customer has ordered the incorrect Materials a restocking charge of £45.00 per single item of Materials will be payable by the Customer to the Company.

Subscriptions

All subscriptions are subject to a standard fixed term of 2 delivery cycles. You may not cancel this subscription before the 2nd cycle.

You may pause or delay a delivery before then if you do not need the next order. 

The standard discount is 15% all orders are subject to price increases without notification. Your new rate will be adjusted accordingly to keep the same discount tariff at the new price.

Cancellations are eligible after the 2nd order. You can do this on the website via the My Subscriptions button or in writing via email to admin@thesaltshop.co.uk.

Please note that the following definitions apply:

  • The Salt Shop will be referred to as “the Company”. 
  • The person who places an order with the Company will be referred to as “the Customer”. 
  • Any goods ordered by the Customer from the Company will be referred to as “Materials”.
